    I QUALITY CONCEPTION
    1. Quality does not only mean a good product quality, but also a nice working quality, only with a nice working quality, we can produce good quality products accordingly.
    2. Good quality comes from good behavior habit, so the core of our quality control is to lead our staff to build up a good working habit above all.
    3. Quality control is not only on every single section of production, but also on the whole process of production, which ensure the command can be executed effectively.

    II PROCESS CONTROL
    1.Firstly sales department must have a full communication with the client to confirm all the information correct.
    2.Sales man must file all the information of the order to issue technical instruction and materials purchasing instruction to factory’s technical department and purchasing department.
    3.Purchasing department must strictly follow the instruction to purchase fabrics and accessories, all the materials should pass through a 20% sampling inspection before they are warehoused.
    4.Before fabric cutting, the technical instruction must be verified by both of technical department and QC department.
    5.In process of production, QC will make a cruising inspection and settle appeared problems in site.
    6.In finishing process, all the products should be made 100% inspection to guarantee no inferior one to be packed.
    7.After packing, a 5% sampling inspection will be effected again before delivery.

    With our strictly quality control process above, we believe the product delivered to clients must be of high quality and they will promote clients’ sales surely.
